Keto Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • ½ cup beef broth

  • 1 tsp ginger

  • Salt and pepper

  • Sesame seeds and green onions for topping

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat.

  2. Add sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same pan, add garlic and ginger and cook for about 1 minute.
